(1) In order to obtain the necessary information for the preparation of the bid and the conclusion of the purchase agreement, the bidder himself or his employees or agents may visit the construction site at the bidder's own expense and risk.
(2) If the local body has to give permission to visit the construction site according to sub-rule (1), such permission should be given.
(3) The local body may conduct a visit to the construction site prior to the meeting to be held in accordance with Rule 102 to provide the bidder with accurate information about the construction site.
